If there was a huge problem that affected everyone at one level or another we should address it in church. If this problem twisted and distorted a good gift of God and made it harder to live a pure single life or prepare for marriage and even harder to build a strong marriage we would definitely have to address it.
Even if its hard to see and uncomfortable to talk about we have to address it. Lust is a problem just like that. And only Jesus’ power can set us free from its grip.
